The St. Stephen Titans
capped a perfect 6-0 season with a 21-12 victory over
the Fenton St. John Jets to claim the 2008 VYFL 8th
Grade Division Championship. This is the Titans second
VYFL championship in a row and third in 5 years. The St.
John Vianney Vikings defeated the Thompson Tigers, the
Saints were victorious over the Webber Wildcats, the
Grand Blanc Holy Family Panthers beat the Central
Cougars and the St. Thomas Friars nipped the Bay City
Holy Family Knights as a part of five VYFL games that
were staged at the beautiful Fenton H.S. field and
hosted by the Fenton St. John Athletic Association.
Congratulations to the Hawks #1 team as champions of the
VYFL 6th Grade Division and the Bay City Holy
Family Knights as champions of the VYFL 8th
Grade Central Division. Photo galleries from all five
week #7 8th grade games played at Fenton H.S.
will be available.
